But you don’t have to keep checking your timeline to stay informed, in mySTC, you can set Track & Trace to send you email alerts when you desire.

Share with your customers

You can choose to share Track & Trace access to individual shipments with any relevant third parties. All you need to do is click the Copy Link button on the Track & Trace page and paste the link into a message. As easy as it gets!

Good to know: details displayed via Track and Trace do not include any potentially sensitive information such as product names, company names, addresses or prices. We consulted with our customers to arrive at the optimal balance for providing helpful updates without compromising security.
