As part of our ongoing drive to make customers’ jobs easier, we’ve simplified our booking process.
Quote emails from Stolt Tank Containers now contain a BOOK NOW button. Clicking this takes you straight to a partially pre-filled form in our new mySTC system. All you have to do is fill in any outstanding details, hit ‘Send Request’, and a member of our booking team will action it with priority.
The mySTC form is prefilled with the details from your quote and clearly indicates what else you need to add. Everything is there in one place and the booking is processed much faster, with fewer emails needed to arrange everything. Of course, our friendly customer service team remains just an email or phone call away. We're still here processing and managing your bookings, providing all the great service you’ve come to expect from Stolt Tank Containers. But now we can help you in a more streamlined way, so getting your shipment on its journey happens at greater speed.
Booking your shipment in three simple steps
After requesting your quote from our booking team:
• Open your quote confirmation email and click the BOOK NOW button
• Specify the details for your shipment, e.g. the number of tanks and when you want them to be loaded
• Submit your request
